WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU PROVIDE?
The sole purpose of our shipping service is to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.
We offer you two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Fast Priority Shipping.
STANDARD FREE SHIPPING

We provide standard free shipping on orders for all products.

Free shipping is always available for orders from US, UK, China, and Taiwan.

Standard shipping is carried out by the post office and usually takes 5-10 days.

In some areas with severe COVID19, transit time may be delayed by approximately 2-3 days.
FAST PRIORITY SHIPPING

We choose DHL/FedEx express for priority shipping. Due to the impact of COVID19, transportation and distribution times will be longer than usual.

Priority shipping with delivery within 5-10 days to most locations.

If the order value is more than 60 USD, we recommend that you choose fast shipping, which guarantees a successful delivery.

Our responsibility ends when the package has been delivered to your local courier.

In very rare cases, your country's customs office may charge an import fee. This is beyond our control, and you will need to pay the necessary fees to process the delivery.

HOW TO POSTPONE MY ORDER?
After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your package has left our warehouse and the shipping process has begun, we will send you another email with final confirmation and a tracking number.
Using the tracking number, you can track the delivery steps on the website of the selected shipping company to estimate when your product will be delivered.

If you can't receive your products due to the wrong address, we won't take any responsibility or refund. Please double check all information before confirming your order .

If you need to make changes to your order, please send us an email ( support@tola-store.com) within 24 hours of placing the order and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change it.

During holidays, please allow more time for delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Some countries apply customs fees, taxes and other additional charges for shipments received from US or UK. You, as the buyer, are responsible for these fees associated with your purchase. Unfortunately, they are not included in the price of the order or delivery. Tola Store is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs fees that are charged when your order is shipped. We do not offer reimbursement for these costs.
